Tayo Telecom: What drove you to overhaul your telephony infrastructure? Why did you decide to transition to VOIP?
Gabriel, Viking Solutions: I had heard about VOIP phone before, but I knew nothing about cloud technology or how to implement it. What I did know: as our business began to grow, we started to experience numerous problems with our phone system infrastructure.
